6. Executive/Business TermsIf you register as an Executive or Business, you additionally agree to:Provide accurate information about your business and support needsMaintain professional conduct in all interactions with Virtual AssistantsPay for services rendered by Virtual Assistants as agreed uponProvide reasonable notice of any changes to your requirements or expectationsComply with all applicable laws and regulations as an employer or contractor

 

7. Fees and PaymentWe charge fees for our matching and facilitation services. All fees are as stated on our website or as otherwise communicated to you. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes in connection with your use of our services.Payment terms between Virtual Assistants and clients are established separately between those parties, though we may provide guidance or facilitate payment processing.

We do not assume responsibility for vendor selection, vendor contracts, payments, or vendor performance. All event logistics, vendor agreements, and service confirmations are the sole responsibility of the client and their assigned Virtual Assistant. Our role is to match you with qualified professionals to support your event, not to manage, execute, or guarantee any third-party vendor services.
